Transaction wrong

Dear sir/madam, I transferred the amount 45,000 to wrong account number. please return to my account. Screen shot has attached in this complaint. Iam asked my Indian overseas bank branch. manager tell: the amount was blocked in wrong account the bank was not processing the amount. Please solve this problem. Transferred date: 22.may.2020 (Today date: 30.july.2021) please solve this issue.
