I talked to a customer service rep to set up a pick up for a trailer rental. They sent me 50 miles away from my home. I called to cancel and reschedule and they told me I couldn't reschedule until the next day. They called me back the next day and told me to pick up the trailer in Rockford, MN again 40 minutes away, but we needed the trailer so we took it. After arriving at the uhaul dealer they proceeded to tell us they didn't have a trailer for us. So, as we were leaving we noticed a trailer outside and asked the guy. He said that the trailer had 3 bad tires and was not rentable. So we still don't have a trailer and we now have to pay extra fees on our storage unit. Twice we were thrown around. It is getting ridiculous!!!
