we recently purchased 6 new appliances from trails south location they where delivered as per the info we where given. delivery person had been doing same job for 24 yrs. very careful and thorough. micro wave had crooked sign when removed from carton and we took it back to the store and where looked after with no problem.thumbs up to Kenchi and his associate Shirley.
