I bought TrafficSeeker enterprise edition. The function "Scheduler" in the software TrafficSeeker enterprise edition, to send reports to the customers, doesn't work! We reported this issue several times to Mr. Jeff Harwell (CEO from the company that sold the program), by email. He always answered, but never resolved the issue and doesn't want to do a refund. Now I have serious problems with my customers, because they didn't receive the reports and I'm having losses with this. I want a refund or the program bug corrected. The support sucks.
