My trade-in has not shown up at Verizon. I went to the Wireless kiosk in Costco to ask for info to track down my trade-in. The employee asked me if I took a picture of the mailing label before sending it in. This, of course, put me on an angered footing with the employee. I said no, nobody told me that I needed to take a picture. The employee said that he ALWAYS took a picture. This didn't help my disposition. I told him good for you, but if your customers are supposed to take pictures you need to let them know. I used some four letter words, too. User's recommendation: Employees are clueless. No telephone number on their corporate website.
