i would like to complain service area at Sarawak, we have sendind out parcel on 30/03/2021 tracking [protected], [protected] but until today not received parcel yet, how come is been almost 2 weeks time but haevnt send the parcel to customer ??? i pay is send by courier not by sea even poslaju customer already receive, pls settle for me, fat send the parcel to customer.
