Tracking my return. Lack of customer service. Help!!!

So I placed an order. Waited for order. Received partial order. Loved the sandals. Waited. Paid balance. Closed account. Received what I thought was a cancelled order. Returned part of order that came with no packing slip. Postman picked up return package 5/13/21.I returned the jeans. Waiting to receive credit. Will make payments in the mean time. Customer service is very lacking. Nothing like the other vendors that you associate with. Horrible. User's recommendation: Be aware that he wait time is unusually long. Difficult to reach a human in customer service. Please know your size, difficult to track returns/receive credit for returns.
