Yes I had a bad experience with one of the managers there regarding my shipment to my apartment in Chicago I was trying to get my package delivered to the nearest FedEx and I was told that I couldnt I had to be at my home address with a photo ID with my name on it to receive my package instead of letting me do so the fedX driver gave my shoes to the wrong person not me in hand
