My call was about the fact that, I haven't received my card. This was a legitimate concern as l have been waiting for a week, after being notified that I had been qualified to receive a card from your company. After talking to one of your customers representatives, I was told that a card was on its way, as of today. Thank you for all of your consideration in this matter.Call customer service. User's recommendation: Call the Customer Service.
