Tracfone will not reinstate minutes-very upset customer

TracFone Managers/Supervisors should have the Ability and Permission to Manually Add Any Amount of Minutes to a Customer's Account. I purchased a plan online on 2/28/21 to extend service on my father's tracfone and previous minutes (which were a lot) were not added. Tracfone reps state they cannot verify previous minutes and will not give them back. What kind of computer system are you working with...an inadequate one? Not one rep offered to investigate the problem. Just got an "understand your frustrations and very sorry? That's not acceptable! I will not recommend Tracfone to anyone! Just to add my father has lost several hundred dollars in the minutes that were not reinstated. He has been a customer for many, many years. Not anymore! User's recommendation: Find another company to do business with...very poor customer service.
