I bought the phone in september 2020.After 2 weeks I could call out but could not receive calls.I called customer service .they gave me the run around for 3 weeks.I have been using tracfone for 22 years as a second phone, never a problem until now I was told I would get a refund . did not get that. Put me on hole for 30 min. I keep calling back and have to start all over again with dispute.Don t buy a tracfone for it is a ripoff.. I m going to call BBB. yours Truly EC ,Very unsatisfied customer. User's recommendation: Do not not waste your money.
