I have a Triple Minutes Contract with TracFone. They are now refusing to allow Text and Data service to me. I have tried to resolve this with TracFone (impossible) - they advise me I have to purchase another contract to get Text/Data. Not what I signed up for. I have had these phones for many years and never had to go thru this. I filed a complaint on the phone with HSN but never got any resolution, no contact about this.
