Tour wrongly booked by their app – refusal to refund money

We booked a trip in Rome via their app but we received the wrong confirmation, for another tour, which was in 30 mins. We were explaining for 2 hours to their support why it's the wrong tour and that we wanted them to change it to the initially booked. They didn't do that and now that it's passed, they refuse to refund our money. At the same time they keep explaining their 24 hours cancelation policy, but we didn't want to cancel the trip, just to get the trip we paid for, which we didn't because of the issue with their app.
