Totally unsatisfied. Been screwed around for several months.

Update by user Jun 20, 2021 There is a culture of not returning phone calls and not giving updates.They could have worked harder with Starcraft to sort out this problem. Original review posted by user Jun 20, 2021 First, this company has a culture of little or no communication. Phone calls do not get returned. They do not keep you informed. My boat has been with them now for at least 2 months trying to get the captains seat fixed or replaced. This has been ongoing for over 2 years now. They are useless. I will never buy from them again. Poor, poor customer service. This is my 2nd boat from them. Disappointed. User's recommendation: Absolutely not.
