They sent a so-called salesmen over last Tuesday the 17th. Stupidly we contracted for insulation to be blown in and an attic fan to be installed and we gave him a personal check for $3320 which they cashed the next day. They DID however, have an installer put in the attic fan. They never showed for the appt. two days hence and we had to call them. They gave us a story that the truck "ran out of insulation" and rescheduled for the next day. No show, no call. The "salesman" doesnt answer his own cell phone. The "operations manager", Johnathan, apologized and rescheduled for today ( Sarurday, 9/21 ) between 10:00 am and 12:00. It's now 11:00 and no sign of the installer. We should never have paid them until they finished the job.
