Don't be fooled thinking you get better deals here. It turns out that you can get similar prices at other places but most importantly you will avoid the frustration of dealing with their lack of organization. I ordered a stackable washer and dryer over a month ago. I have called the managers several times and even went into the store to try to get it resolved. All I am met with is we are working on it. These were goods in the store! How hard is it to deliver them?! I am beside myself at this point and have tried to calla the corporate offices with no luck, can't find out who the regional manager is and now reading all of these other complaints I realize that there is a reason Sears is closing doors! STAY AWAY!
