I had a laptop computer built for me via HP computer store online. Included in that offer was a tutorial Total Training for Microsoft Windows 8. I included it in my order. I got a cd (sealed). When I opened the package, no cd. What I had was a card with an activation code. I activated the account on line. Was not able to select my course (Window 8) Got support. I have no idea why my ($801.00) laptop windows 8 could not bring their website online with complete information. I have no problems with any other website. This computer runs just fine. If I got a refund I would be happy but I can see that they have no problem wanting me to pay for the tutorial the second time though. This might be the latest scam. deception with the cd. give you a problem to solve, wait awhile and you will go somewhere else to get a course for less money (eBay for *** sakes). Customer bites the bullet and they get to keep your money and hope that you keep your mouth shut. The easy prey is good business, right? Pissed off? Oh, brother you have no idea.
