I ordered from Ergodebooks through AbeBooks (who I hold accountable as well. Clearly they don't vet their sellers.) Anyway - same scenario, I ordered a used book and they charged my card immediately. Got no tracking information, never got the book (it's now ONE MONTH later.) Have had several nonsensical back and forth emails with Ergodebooks, in which from the very first one exchange, I simply requested a refund. I've called the phone number they put in their email about 20 times so far and have never had anyone either answer or call me back. I have been at this back and forth, with both Ergodebooks and AbeBooks "customer service", for EIGHT DAYS. I just reported it to my credit card company. User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
