Total Loss department is not responding!

Shame on you Compass bank for not following through with your responsibilities! My vehicle has been totaled for 2 months now! I don't even have the vehicle and you have to nerve to harass me about payments when I have never ever been late! My insurance company and myself have been trying to contact the total loss department for a letter of guarantee and you are impossible to get ahold of yet you want my money for payment! This is the worst consumer experience I have had yet! My credit is being effected because I refuse to pay for a car I don't have, my insurance company has been trying to cut you a damn check for the last two months and you wont even provide the proper paperwork. What the *** are yall doing?! You need to be slapped with a lawsuit!
