They did not respond to any demand for information launched by PissedConsumer nor did I expect them to do so. I have always regarded GE as a top of the line company, and they still probably are but for me, there is no learning accomplished by the second kick in the head by a mule. My wife and I are purchasing a new range from another company and any future appliance purchases will no doubt follow suit. User's recommendation: Caveat Emptor.
