My location (Athens, GA) will not replace the bulbs. Over 2/3 of them have been out for over 3 months. The tanning bed bulbs are awful. They need to be replaced also. I called the Manager and tell staff members every morning I am there that these things need to be taken care of and replaced. That is why I pay for a Black Card. No date or orders for new bulbs have even been made.
