I filed a claim with the carrier because they did not call prior to delivering. They left the item with my neighbor. The neighbor signed received but not with my permission. If Roadrunner (the carrier) had called there would not be a problem. However, when I found my cover it had a rip in the corner. No one would replace or make compensation to repair this problem!!!! Do NOT buy from Wholesalespacovers.com or use ROADRUNNER!!!!!!
