They took my money and I can't send a message to someone to clean my house, because I keep getting an error message. Now their website is down and the app doesn't work. The app wants you to go to their webpage and won't let you get in anywhere. Thank goodness I paid with my credit card. If their is still down later today, I'm calling my credit card company to decline the charge. No phone # works either. User's recommendation: Don't waste your money.
