I placed two orders with them several days apart. Second, smaller order was shipped and delivered in 5 days. First larger order ($200) was never shipped. Sent and documented 15 emails over the next 30 days requesting delivery or cancelation and refund. All I received in return were a few short, unprofessional emails, such as "we are closed for the weekend", or "we are closed for the holiday'. Finally after 45 days i filed a claim with my credit card company and after 90 days received my credit back on my account. They have a great website, but don't be fooled. You will lose money and time, and be frustrated and disgusted with yourself for falling victim to these scammers. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid. User's recommendation: Do NOT buy from them, ever.
