Took money – no goods supplied

Having found the web site 'willion.net' through a shopping channel listing via google; I did read carefully the terms and conditions including all the bits on delivery, refunds, english law etc etc.. All seemed quite in order. I did a search on their trading name to see if any adverse posts came up - there were none at that time - there are several now..... The most significant item was that they are using a British bank - Lloyds Bank sort code 309477 account Willion Electronics 5137**** - and knowing the huge checking procedures and conditions that banks now adopt before allowing anyone to open an account, I felt quite safe in paying for this product. The product has never arrived (their delivery date given was 13 March) The web site has disappeared The email address for them no longer works. Did get a 'read receipt' later from a time zone 4 hours ahead - that makes it in Russia! Have reported matter to police and Lloyds bank and 'actionfraud' but no one seems bothered about what to them might be considered such a minor incident. So, no new tv and little chance of recouping the £708 plus lost.
