I ordered 2 pecan trees 8-9 ft tall at a cost of $149 ea.in Sept 2011. It was noted they wold be trimmed back for shipping to around 6ft. I waited for acknowledgement of my order until Oct. When I called and waited almost 20 minutes I got a very rude person who said they would be shipping by the 15th of that month. I called again Nov 1 to be told they were behind and any day. I tried several other times to no avail or couldn't wait more than 20 minutes. In March 2012 just received 2 sprouts about 4 feet tall bare root that have never been trimmed. They each have about 3 small roots and survival is almost impossible. This is not the promised or represented product nor was it the verbal product promised on my last contact. They took my money 6 months ago. And still have not delivered the product. I would hope that honorable businesses on the internet would litigate against businesses like Fast Growing Trees, as they will surely erode consumer confident over time. These are dishonest fraudulent people owned by a corrupt venture capital firm DO NOT TRUST THEM.
