I am very, very upset over the very loud noise / back-ground music /etc that is on all of your movies — we are not able to hear what the actors are saying due to all the loud music / other noise that is going on in the background — is all that necessary?? It makes it so bad for many of us who are older or have problems or otherwise have problems — don't you care?? Why do you have all this back-ground noise — it is soooo upsetting and we are not able to her WHT people are hearing and we miss so much of the movie so we have to just turn the darned movie off!!!
