Too many problems with machines !!! Card has money in it and machine says no money !!!

I needed to wash my clothes ! I put the card in the machine and it said I had .25 on the card. I put money on card and came back to machine only to read that it read .25 on the screen . I can not wash my clothes . What do you intend to do to help me with this problem ? My address is 144 Maynard Rd. Framingham,Mass.
