TOO MANY COMPLAINTS TO LIST

They are putting in pavers that are too thick. I will have either a step or a significant slope!! The owner refuses to admit this. I will NOT be paying the remainder of the balance unless we are completely satisfied with the outcome. My shell was delivered on May 14, 2021 and the pool has yet to be completed! The people they have working on this pool do not seem to know what they are doing. There gas been one issue after another. If I don't get some answers on what will be done to correct this latest paver issue, I will get another company to complete my paver work and an attorney because I will not pay the balance.. User's recommendation: DO NOT CONTRACT WITH THESE PEOPLE! THEY HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WILL IGNORE CALLS, TEXTS AND EMAILS!
