Tom’s Carpet Service did not put a pad under the carpet!

Tom's Carpet Service is owned by Ken Butler. He recently installed new carpeting in my home and did a very poor job. He did not put any pad under the carpeting on the stairway. He did not put any new carpeting on a 6 foot by 6 foot area when you walk in the front door. The carpeting that he installed is unraveling at the door ways because he did not cover the ends with a threshold cover. He did not put any carpet on the floors in the closets. He told me he would do all of the above included in the price I paid him but he did not.
