Good Afternoon My husband and I bought your Tommee Tippee prep machine just under 6 months ago, which has been an absolute dream of a product! However last night it would not switch on at all, we tried to replace the fuse at 3.30am which turned out to be unsuccessful and made a bottle the old fashioned way with the kettle, a screaming baby for 40 minutes was not the best start to the day! Tommee Tippee are the only baby products we use, we have your breathing pad and monitor, your steriliser, your bottles, your dummies, your thermometer, and your baby blender! We're obviously disappointed the prep machine has stopped working and would like some advice about how to either fix the machine or replace it, presumably the prep machine should have a longer life span than 6 months?
