One of my cars has a TxTag. Some charges in the ntta system are never sent to my TxTag account as they do jot allow me to create an account with my TxTag. Therefore, the charges go into a black hole until they decide to mail them at which time they are late. I am also unable to view the charges on line as I can't create an account. This communication gap is due to sheer laziness. ntta appears to like to let these thinks slide so that they can add late charges. As I am having money extorted, I expect this service to be set up properly. I REFUSE to get an ntta tag - I should not have to fix THEIR PROBLEM.
