Today I had the worst experience with them

When I was going to this bank in the morning I expected to receive polite and helpful service as usual. But the teller I worked with today was inattentive. I wanted to cash a payroll check and she didn’t warn me about an additional fee. I learnt about that only after the transaction was finished. Shouldn’t they warn clients about such things beforehand? I would like to know from the very beginning what sum I will get in my hands in the end. The problem is not an additional charge, but their attitude.
