On 10/26/19 @ 9:54am waiting for Salvation Army Store @ 5600 East 8 mile to open @ 10am. Never opened. A staff person in her car waiting too. She gets out car about 10:38 am. And said they will open @ 11am. This inconvenienced me. Delayed all my plans for today. Disappointed and unsatisfied. This was very unprofessional to have customers to wait to patronized a business near me. I can see why people shop out far from where they live. Prompt & Better service.
