Dealing with green tree, is akin to dealing with loan sharks....I am not kidding. But....if I am late with my payment, they get really pissy, but as far as I am concerned, they can kiss my yahzoo....I have been with them 15 years and have 15 to go. One day, I wasn't even late with a payment, but this guy calls and apparently they hadn't received it yet...he started in on me....but when I asked for his real name and location...he'd get really mouthy. So...at this late stage of life, I haven't anything to really lose, so I would make comments about his mother, sister, wife and her boyfriend or his male boyfriend....goading him to all get out. So...when you get past the fear of losing....because in the end we all lose, screw green tree....their reputation preceeds them and if they are so frigging greedy and think that their new america/stalinism is going to work, let them get stuck with everyones property....they lose, not you. Pretty sad when you will be able to rent your own house, cheaper than you can buy it. lol It is people like green tree, sucking up everyones hard earned dollars....for their own personal wealth....stand up to them....they talk tough, but lawyers seem to have a way of making them act like the cockroaches they are.
