I've been trying to get important forms filled out for over a month now with no help. I took the forms to Boj in Surfside SC and was told the forms need to go to the office. I emailed Lisa Foreman and she informed me that Tiffney Riggs had the paper work and would fill them out. I also emailed Tiffney Riggs and has yet to get a reply back from her. The papers that I need signed and returned has to go to the Dept of Social Services and I'm not getting anywhere with Lisa nor Tiffney and this is very important.
