Thank you I don’t have a issue at all Original review posted by user Feb 29, 2020 I have sent papers from my doctor before my claim was closed and you guys still closed it and my doctor extended it. My name is Kimberly Horne my claim is 00GP2951 my policy is 755574. Here is my fax Receipt. I even called to tell one of the agents I was sending paperwork over and my doctor extended my disability.
