To replace my Target card

I am TRYING to call customer service! I feel like Im trying to go through customs going into another country. Does it really have to be this hard target? And choosing to be a card holder and shop with you. I also shop with Pottery Barn and restoration hardware yet today Im choosing target can you please transfer me to customer service?
