They now have decided to not return any of my emails to try and resolve this issue. Irina was very rude to me over the phone and insulted me several times. She would constantly repeat herself and didn't know what she was talking about. She was very stubborn and was very emotional rather than calm and professional. She shouldn't be in customer service. Tell her she should go and receive training from Amazon. I would like to receive my complimentary credits that I was promised and receive a partial refund to my account account since I was charged on my account but wasn't able to access any of my credits and was denied usage because of it. I shouldn't have to pay for a service that I couldn't use as promised. Especially because of the glitches in your dating site and the fact that I didn't know that it was on auto charge. I didn't even know there was an auto charge until one your nicer reps pointed it out to me. Thanks for nothing Irina. Plus she never emailed complete records like she said she would. One of the most horrible customer service reps out there. Shouldn't even be allowed in her position.
