Ive been having trouble with my tv and other services with Comcast. Ive been a loyal customer for 15 years and couldnt get a human voice to talk to about my issues. It has been extremely upsetting because Im ill and needed to speak with someone, not the automated service that Ive been dealing with for over a month. Finally, a great guy named Reggie came to my apartment and slowly and patiently fixed everything. He was terrific! I only wish he had been contacted sooner. My landline isnt working.
