I am unable to get in touch with Dorothy Perkins. Their phone line is closed. They have not provided a solution but rather repeat my return method. The PDF file only opens once and if there is a download error it states that the download has been done but hasn't. If you want to return something be careful because you will incur problems because the label will only download once. User's recommendation: Just remember if you want to download the return label more than once then you will have a problem.
