TO LET PEOPLE KNOW THEIR ‘PRIVACY POLICY’ IS A FAKE POLICY, ENCOURAGES OTHER INSURANCE COMP TO CONTACT YOU AT WILL!!! COMPANY IS A JOKE!

CALLS IN MIDDLE OF FILING OUT ONLINE QUOTE from FARMERS, STATE-crap FARM, &; GEICO !!! AND THEY KNEW I HAD A COROLLA THOUGH I WAS ASKING FOR A QUOTE ON A DIFF CAR!!! I EVEN SPELLED MY NAME WRONG, SO APPARENTLY 'ROOT INSUR' DOES A CONSUMER CREDIT REPORT OR CONSUMER LOOKUP ON THE PERSON FILING OUT A QUOTE ASAP!! AND DOESNT INFORM THE PERSON FILING OUT THE QUOTE THAT THEY CONSENT TO THIS!!! User's recommendation: Call anyone else but this comp; dont give them your hard earned $$$.
