TO KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON

I HAVE MADE NUMEROUS CALLS TO TALK ABOUT MY ACCOUNT BUT I NEVER GET TO TALK TO ANYONE. IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO DO NOTHING I NEED MY MONEY BACK. WHEN I CALL SOMEONE I LIKE TO BE ABLE TO TALK TO THEM WITHOUT LEAVING A MESSAGE. I THINK I WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER OFF TO LEFT THINGS LIKE THEY WERE.
