called parts department at approximately 3:30 and I got the recording please have your coach info ready and I had it ready. And I waited and I waited and I waited just to see how long the agents would allow me to sit in the que waiting. Literally, at 4:05 the recording said sorry we cant help Goodbye. I'm livid to say the least. Because my suspicious nature suggest that it was time to get off and they turn phone system off on me. This definitely not the same customer service that people have RAVED about in the past.....Newmar customer service is going down hill fast. User's recommendation: Do research you research for upcoming rv builder that want a good name and make customer service first...
