I had a car insurance policy with Elephant for approximately 2-3 years. Never had to used my policy for anything. I called them to inquire about getting a better rate. Come to find out not only did my premium increase, but because I changed my address it increased by $21-22 more per month. I decided to cancel instead, then I received a "threatening bill" for $16.65. This will be reported to a collection agency if I don't pay by a certain date? Only a greedy and thirsty money hungry insurance agency treat long-standing customers this way! IT'S ALL ABOUT THE MONEY! Any real reputable company, would have waived that dam charge for customers never having used any portion of the insurance. User's recommendation: To be aware how that these insurance companies are only interested in making money off of customers. This is their goal, forgetting how diligent people are for staying that long with them.
