I need my pin # in order to activate my phone.when I pay Verizon for my account,I actually get to use it. NOT wait for DAYs for a Sim,o not be unable to get my pin #...customer reps open till 11:30 pm? In what dimension would you say? Not here.now its costing me money and lots of time,and any savings I got are nothing compared...STILL TRYING User's recommendation: Stick with verizon.
