A little over a year ago I purchased a pull down sprayer faucet by Glacier Bay. We have had to call for new parts three times now this time around they want a product number from underneath the handle which does not exist. Im at the point where I just want them to send me a new faucet, I cannot deal with this one any longer User's recommendation: Avoid the Market pull down sprayer by Glacier Bay.
