Ridgeway faucets I installed. The washer referred to in step #2 is no longer included. You need an update. It is impossible to do an installation with the tools you say are needed. To get the supply line tight enough to seal on the fixture fitting with its small copper line you need two wrenches- not one. I would highly recommend the supply line be attached FIRST before the handle is set. The ring and washer are large enough to go over the fitting. You get better leverage BEFORE you go under the sink! Dave- at your help desk was very helpful with me particular difficult install- I had to cut drain tail and add plumber's putty to drain because of sink defect. Nice to talk to a plumbing pro- not a clerk. Giving feedback at your customer support website is impossible! I am happy with your product- you could just do better for the home improvement store buyer!
