We've requested Bestway pools to replace the pool liner for 4wks that came w a leak. The pool is brand new, we put it together on level ground and added 2in of water, then let it sat overnight. When we checked on the pool in the morning, there were several spots of water coming from underneath the pool bottom. We placed the pool on a tarp so we couldn't feel any soft spots underneath the pool to try and locate the leak. Bestway asked for additional pictures after 72hrs of my warranty requests, which I responded that we can't send pictures of leak bc we can't find it. Still no response from Bestway. are no User's recommendation: Don't purchase. You never get to speak w/customer service.
