To get answers as to where my missing inventory has gone!

I have an ongoing case regarding missing inventory. I sent 20 units into Amazon and they say there is a weight discrepancy. However the weights were all correct when sent out by the partnered carrier UPS and they have sent me proof of delivery. I have sent these documents to Amazon but they are still saying there is a weight discrepancy. I have asked to speak to someone in leadership about this as I am getting nowhere through the usual channels. The four missing units cost me £600! It just simply is not good enough but they are doing nothing to help me resolve this.
